工作职责:
负责深圳维修项目发展、支持和管理
负责与客户支持和联系
保修管理
收集项目问题反馈给公司并协调解决
有效地提供快速服务
提供客户基本的技术训练
负责新产品介绍
负责服务管理:按要求完成和提交报告
基本要求:
本科以上学历,内燃机或机械制造相关专业。
良好的英语、普通话和广东话。
3年以上发动机行业工作经验。
性别男,年龄:45岁以下。
熟悉发动机原理、结构、设计和应用
沟通能力特别强,工作积极主动。
计算机二级以上,英语六级或同等水平
能经常出差
Key Responsibility:
• Service Project Development, Support & Management
• Support & Communicate with customers
• Warranty Management
• Collect information about quality issues from customers and feedback to Cummins
• Implement Distributor Field Service Engineering
• Implement Mobile Quick Serve effectively
• Implement New Product Introduction
• Provide basic technical training to Public Transit customers
• Provide field service when needed
• Responsible for service administration: accomplish and submit report required
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Major in diesel engine or automotive engineering
• At least 2 or 3 years on-hand working experience in automotive or engine repair
• Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking
• High communication & coordination skills
• Teamwork skills
• Customer-led attitude
• Computer literacy
• Can speak Cantonese and standard Chinese well
