工作职责:
      1. Conduct prophase construction of new engine Assembly Workshop
      负责新建发动机工厂总装车间前期筹建；
      2. Deliver all manufacturing target of Annual Operation Planning.
      负责达成总装生产线年度运营目标；
      3. Conduct safety performance and implement accident prevention work.
      履行安全职责并开展事故预防工作；
      4. Fulfill production plan and motivate staff to improve continuously on qualify, production, efficiency and delivery.
      完成公司下达的生产计划，激发员工在质量、产量、效率和交付上的持续改进；
      5. Construct result-orientated team culture.
      建设以结果为导向的团队文化；
      6. Push and instruct Cummins Operation System to be implemented in workshop.
      负责康明斯运营系统的实施和指导；
      7. Motivate continuously learning and improvement, to attain performance goal.
      激发员工持续学习和改进，以达成和提升公司的绩效目标。
      
      
      任职资格：
      1. Bachelor degree and above. Major in Engine、Mechanical manufacturing and Mech-Electrical Engineering.
      大学本科及以上学历，发动机、机械制造或机电一体化专业；
      2. More than 8 years work experiences in Mechanical industry, includes more than 2 years management work experiences. Automotive and Engine industry work experiences is advanced.
      有机械制造行业8年或以上工作经验，其中管理工作经验2年以上，有汽车或发动机工厂相关工作经验优先；
      3. Logical, problem-solving and analyze skill
      具有严密的逻辑思维与问题分析解决能力；
      4. Be familiar with quality control system and production operation assessment factors and method
      熟悉质量控制体系与生产运作绩效评价要素和方法；
      5. Can understand and push “5s” to be implemented in spot.
      掌握并能推进现场“5S”管理；
      6. Good communication and coordination skills
      良好的沟通技巧和协调能力；
      7. Customer Focus
      客户导向
      8. Familiar with problem solving tools. IE, 7 step, 6σ, etc.
      熟悉问题解决工具，如工业工程，7步法，六西格玛等
      9. Be familiar with standardization and Lean production system
      熟悉标准化作业方法与精益生产方式；
      10. Good team player, target management and continuously improve consciousness.
      具备团队合作意识，目标管理意识及持续改进意识；
      11. Be good at English listening, reading, speaking and writing.
      具备一定的英文听、说、读、写能力。
