      ? Experienced in Siemens or Beckhoff PLC and HMI programs
      o Proficient in Ladder Logic and SFC (Sequential Flow Control) programming methodologies
      o Ensuring continuity and ease of access in HMI screens
      o Review and support in developing FIS/MES interface and data management and mapping.
      o Safety circuit design and functional review
      ? Reviewing machine operational requirements
      o Machine startup
      o Machine normal operations
      o Machine recovery
      o Machine service and Maintenance modes
      
      
      Other Experiences
      ? Regular reporting of platform, project, and production line performance during ramp up phase.
      ? Support Business development in Customer project reviews and audits.
      ? Interact closely with different engineering teams, business development, quality, industrialization to reach project goals.
      ? Capturing Lessons Learnt to address critical issues and prevent repeated mistakes.
      
      QUALIFICATIONS:
      Education, Experience, Skills
      ? 3+ years in a high-volume product manufacturing company. Such industries are, but limited to automotive/industrial product development, cosmetic, healthcare etc sectors. Clean room production experience is a plus.
      ? Experienced in improving manufacturing OEE, quality methods
      ? Fluent in verbal and written English and in verbal Chinese
      ? Have worked in a multicultural environment
      ? Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills
      ? Willingness to travel to the customer site (Europe)
      ? Worked with customer-oriented and/or worked with production equipment supplier projects.
      ? Battery manufacturing experience is a ++
      ? Experienced in manufacturing or product development processes including product road maps, requirements traceability management (verification / validation), and safety certifications.
      ? A structured approach to working, influencing, & problem solving.
